Neogen Bio-Peel Gauze Peeling Green Tea

One of the most popular K-beauty exfoliating products is the Neogen Bio Peel Pads. As I was adding different products to my regimen I decided to try this cult favorite out, and to be honest – I was not disappointed.

When it comes to shopping for exfoliators I have a few requirements. First, they have to be gentle but they also need to be effective. Before I tried out K-Beauty this was a hard thing to balance. I’ve tried the Etude House berry aha bright peel gel, however, most of the times using this I end up peeling away the skin on my fingers as well. Sure… the etude house one and others leave my skin smooth, but they also exfoliate a little too much.

Second, I prefer them to have some kind of magical powers. Like some added benefit that treats concerns as well as exfoliating. They need to bring something else to the table, except exfoliating of course.

These NEOGEN Bio-Peel Gauze Peeling pads have been on my radar since the first time I ever looked up K-Beauty and when my skin went batshit crazy I ended up with these lovelies in my shopping cart. So for a while now, I’ve been peeling my face with these.  The Korean Beauty brand, NEOGEN Dermatology has the most mind-blowing scientific methods used in the creation of their products. Praised by Soko Glam, the Klog and so much more, these pads cant be bad.

The Green Tea exfoliating pads come in a thick, clear, plastic jar with modern looking labels. The lid screws open and close securely to prevent evaporation of the liquid contained within. The pads are easy to remove and I love the fact that you can see how many pads are left in the jar.  The jar contains 30 single-use exfoliating pads that provide gentle yet effective exfoliation of dead skin cells and impurities, leaving the skin smoother and clear.

The NEOGEN Bio-Peel Gauze peeling pads has Green Tea as its star ingredient, a powerful antioxidant that prevents premature aging and it is also an anti-inflammatory that helps soothe irritated skin. Using the unique 3-layer pad technology this is a manual exfoliator infused with antioxidant-rich ingredients that promote visibly clear, smooth, and bright skin. To be honest, this is the perfect exfoliator whether you prefer chemical or manual exfoliation. These pads can be used for oily, normal, combination, sensitive AND dry skin! Like… I feel like there’s a minimal amount of products out there made for different types of skin concerns, and these pads are also great for uneven skin tone, dullness and uneven texture, and irritation and redness. I mean.. what can’t these pads do? Let’s not forget the fact that these pads are formulated without parabens, sulfates, and phthalates.  And oh, let’s make another thing clear! This product is cruelty-free!!

I’m kind of mad at myself for putting off buying these for so long. Truly. I used to add them to my cart and be like “naah, next time”! I honestly can’t remember the last time I’ve been so in love with a product! They make my skin feel super soft without leaving my skin aching for moisture. Since using these pads, my skin tone is more even, I’ve had ZERO dry patches! My skin does feel tighter and my pores are more refined. Since my skin also have been breaking out lately, these really let me peel off dead skin cells and they kinda make my acne “pop” out, something that I usually would hate but with these pads, my acne skin care has really been doing some magic!

If you decide to try these out and use them as instructed, these exfoliating pads gently and effectively create a smooth and balanced surface. You’ll definitely see some changes when it comes to your skin, and if I’m not mistaken – you’ll love it! These changes are so insane, it’s almost indescribable. It’s honestly something you need to experience to understand. I’ll def be grabbing the lemon and the red wine option next time I’m splurging my student loan online!
