Currently, I’m obsessed with COSRX products, why? They are cheap, and their products are working for me! For this review, I’ll be looking at one of their gentle toners I’ve been using for a while now.
This is a super gentle toner for sensitive and acne-prone skin, and oh, let’s not forget the fact that it’s alcohol-free. The toner doesn’t have any noticeable scent, so it’s very much like water, and yeah, that is mentioned in the name. Using botanical ingredients this toner will help damaged skin and give suppleness to the skin. The Centella water toner is a hydrating toner, that comes in a spray bottle, something that makes the usage much easier.
COSRX Centella Water Alcohol-free toner is formulated with skin-friendly plant extracts. Containing 82% mineral water and 10% Centella Asiatica leaf water it’s a great choice with soothing ingredients that help calm irritated skin, while significantly hydrating and nourishing it and helps reduce enlarged pores & let’s not forget – it reduces redness.
From my personal opinion, this is a good option since its very calming – but I don’t feel like it covers my needs. It does both soothe and hydrate my skin, but I cant say that much else about it. Also, from what I know this is not a pH adjusting toner, but then again I do use Beauty Water before applying this! The spray bottle makes this easy to apply and actually shortens down the time it takes me to get through my routine since I just spray it across my whole face and lightly pat it in.
This toner is good for all skin types, doesn’t cause breakouts, and if you’re prone to acne or have sensitive skin this is a toner I would recommend unless you wanna target some issues that you might be having with your skin. But if you don’t have any of these problems, you might not like it since it can be too gentle for you.
When it comes to my opinion, I might buy it again? But use it as a mist during the day since I would like something that actually could target my issues and heal them.
