Sheet Mask Review 3: Tony Moly I’m Real Nutrition Avocado Mask Sheet

This is the second time around I’m trying this out and the first thing I noticed is the clean scent. It smells super clean and fresh, not “avocado-y” but clean and soothing, actually, I would love to have a fabric softener that smells the same.

This is a fast-acting and natural nutritious sheet mask if your skin is crying out for some nourishment, treat yo self with this amazing sheet mask. The 3-layer pulp sheet is packed full of a milky-lotion-based essence that has been infused with macadamia nut oil and avocado extract. So, what else can you find in this mask sheet? Well, you won’t find anything nasty like any traces of parabens, talcum powder, benzophenone, or triethanolamine. There’s literally nothing here that would do your skin any harm. And Avocado’s have a lot of skin benefits anyway since they contain a lot of healthy fats.

If you haven’t heard of sheet masks before, then here’s a quick rundown. They’re basically a cotton mask soaked in an essence that target different problems. You can get them for all sorts of things, such as dry skin or acne-prone skin. The package usually says what the mask is for, and also comes with some information regarding the amount of time you should wear it.

Recently I’ve turned into a pro when it comes to putting on sheet masks, I might not be able to do it in the dark, but it goes on smoothly in a few seconds without using a mirror. I just put it on and relax for 20-30 mins while the mask does its magic.  No hard work that needs to be done here. One of the good things about this mask is the fact that it does not itch or sting on my skin, there’s literally no discomfort while using this. Since this is the second time I am using this, let us make this clear – no breakouts. Not last time, neither this time. The good things about masks from Tony Moly is the fact that they are drippin’ in essence, so after applying the sheet on my face I always apply the essence left to my arms. Also, when I’m done with my face I fold the mask and leave it on my neck for 5-10 mins depending on the amount of essence left on the sheet. If there’s some essence left, I “rub” it across my chest and the parts of my neck I didn’t get to treat while applying the mask on my neck. Now you might be wondering why I do this? Well, these parts need some love too!

So, after 30 mins of pure relaxation, there’s still a nice amount of essence left on my face after removing the mask, however, it soaks in fast, but I always like to tap/massage it onto my skin for extra absorption. The mask leaves my skin super hydrated and soft, and the end result is super refreshing. I kinda don’t want to apply the rest of my skincare routine after this, since its so amazing to the skin! Right after I noticed improved glow and hydration + my face is super bouncy, and this is a really rich mask that I would really recommend to the dry and dull skin. However, I don’t know if this would be too greasy for oily skin, but then again – oily skin still needs moisture!

&& the day after my skin is still super soft, glowy and plump!

Amount of essence: +
Thickness: +
Sizing: +
Reaction while testing: none
End result: hydrated, silky smooth, bouncy skin!

Total rating: 5/5.

To make it clear, try this out – I love it and I’m sure you’ll love it too. I’m def buying this again.
